Reserve Continuing Legal Education and Continuing Mediation Education materials through the Lee County Bar Association

The below CLE CDs are available exclusively for our members' use. They may be reserved and checked out from the Lee County Bar Association Office, located in downtown Fort Myers at 2077 First Street Suite 207.

The rules of usage as set by your Law Related Education Committee are as follows:

  • Only one CD set may be taken at a time.
  • CDs are to be returned to the Lee County Bar Association Office within seven (7) days of the date they are checked out.
  • The Lee County Bar Association reserves the right to assess a fine of $5.00 / day (up to the replacement cost of the CD set) until the set is returned.

As another membership benefit, your LCBA Lending Library also has CME programs on audio CD, purchased from the Dispute Resolution Center. More than one CME CD may be checked out at a time, up to 5 CME CDs.

CME CDs are available for your use from the Lee County Bar Association Office.  OUR HOURS OF OPERATION: 9 AM - 12 PM & FROM 1 PM - 4 PM.  The rules as set by your committee: CDs are to be returned to the LCBA Office within seven (7) days of the date they are checked out.  THE LCBA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ASSESS A FINE OF $5.00 PER DAY (UP TO THE INITIAL COST OF THE CD) UNTIL THE CD IS RETURNED.  Available programs are:
