Please be aware that some attorneys offer reduced fees and a waiver of the initial $50 fee for your first half-hour conference, but only if you qualify for the "low fee panel." Qualification for this is quick and convenient, although all attorneys and all practice areas do not offer a "Low Fee" option. Ask Yvonne if you qualify.

The Lee County Bar Association Lawyer Referral Service

The Lee County Bar Association Lawyer Referral Service handles all lawyer referrals for Lee County. The LCBA Lawyer Referral Service provides referrals to attorneys who will conduct an initial one-half hour client consultation for a fee of $50.00. Participating attorneys are required to submit an extensive application to the service and they must be a member in good standing of The Florida Bar with no pending probable cause complaints. Referral Service attorneys are also required to have professional liability insurance with limits of not less than $100,000. The LCBA Lawyer Referral Service has also established a Low Fee panel for clients in need. You may contact The LCBA Lawyer Referral Service at (239) 334-4491. Joining the LCBA Lawyer Referral Service

Any Florida Bar members in good standing with no pending probable cause findings by a Florida Bar Grievance Committee who maintain a physical office in Lee County are eligible for membership in the service. Panel members must carry malpractice (E & O) insurance in the minimum amount of $100,000 and furnish a copy of the insurance policy to the Service upon request.
