Lawyer Referral Service
New to Lee County?
Have need for an attorney but don't know where to turn?
The Lee County Bar Association Lawyer Referral Service handles all lawyer referrals for Lee County. The LCBA Lawyer Referral Service provides referrals to attorneys who will conduct an initial one-half hour client consultation for a fee of $50.00. Participating attorneys are required to submit an extensive application to the service and they must be a member in good standing of The Florida Bar with no pending probable cause complaints. Referral Service attorneys are also required to have professional liability insurance with limits of not less than $100,000. The LCBA Lawyer Referral Service has also established a Low Fee panel for clients in need. You may contact the LCBA Lawyer Referral Service at (239) 334-4491. Hours are 9-Noon and 1-4, Monday through Friday.
You may send an e-mail via the contact form below for a callback. Include your name, best time to call, phone number, and a brief description of the problem or the reason for your call. The LRS Coordinator will answer your request with an attorney assignment if one is available.
Please be aware that some attorneys offer reduced fees, but only if you qualify for the "low fee panel." Qualification for this is quick and convenient, although all attorneys and all practice areas do not offer a "Low Fee" option. Ask if you qualify.
